Although ideally started early in the project life cycle the assist can be repeated to focus on particular high-risk components or subsequent project phases.  The technique works in any industry and will elevate your Decision Quality, risk understanding and pro-active and reactive response planning.

The workshop output can be used to populate (or verify) your risk register, identify preventative, enabling or reactive risk responses, formulate a Plan B or even make adaptations to your project plan.
